hApPy 39th BiRtHdAy SiNgApOrE! My mum told Yati to prepare western food just for a change. There were potato wedges..peas..corn..chicken..baked beans..ice cream for dinner..maybe I can gain weight if they cooked such food everyday. My latest ambition is still to gain weight.

Yesterday was my cousin & Adeline's wedding! =) Headed straight for the wedding service after my church's youth service. hahaz chih mien looked so cool with his suit..he was so calm..unusually calm..must be putting on a brave front! Then I asked Meiyi why he wasn't the least anxious..and she said he was acting de arh..he couldn't sleep for the whole night before the wedding. =P

Wanted to go out with Meiyi, Zerong, Jisheng and my elder brother..all the cousins..but my aunt needed me to print some stuff for her..so I had to go home =( Then all of us were all busy dressing up for the wedding dinner..my father even wore a tie! It has been ages..probably yrs since I last saw him with a tie. But Chih Mien is one of our closer cousins..so hHm...worth the effort & trouble! =P

All the cousins sat together..Meiyi the bhb one arh..all the other cousins got so fed up with her claiming that she's a chiobu =P Wonder what does Shuqun Sec teach the students there arh! Go polish their nails black..aHeM! =) Then half of the time we were teasing Yanting who's getting married in Nov..not sure if i can make it cos of O's!! =( Our table generates the most noise arh! Not the table lah..the people I mean..hahz. We laughed like nobody's business..and even asked for rice to go with the dishes! I mean..usually during wedding dinners people don't eat rice..& we were the only table that made such a request! I think we were rather mean to the waiter..he got so amused by us that he served us one pot of rice =P And the aunties seated with my parents at the adjacent table kept giving us their leftovers..so when the waiter cleared out table he had to clear double. Double the plates..double the cleaning up..hahaz. It was a great gathering..all the laughing and joking. Hope to see all of u soon..maybe at Yanting's wedding!

Spent my time lazing around at home today. My mum said maybe we would book a hotel room to watch the fireworks display on Sunday night..cos my father has some voucher or something. ahH made me feel bad about breaking my promise to Liting..I promised to watch the fireworks with her ytd but didn't go because of the wedding. Hope I can make it up to her..somehow.

P.S: JJ was good..he looked great in his hip-hop clothes =) Don't learn from that Shanghai man that tried his luck in the Singapore Idol..utter disgrace and no sportsmanship at all. I bet William Hung has got a better attitude.
